Any issues with patching two different Reddit apps?

I have Boost patched using Morphe, but long ago I used to be a Relay for Reddit Pro user. I noticed that's an option with Morphe, too. If I try to patch Relay will I run into any issues, specifically with the OAuth client ID? In other words, can I use the same OAuth client ID on two different Reddit apps at the same time? I assume so since the original ID came from RedReader, but I just want to make sure I'm not going to run into any issues before I try.
