[Bug?] Cannot load into dynasty without buying online?

I do not have (and have not had) game pass or online multiplayer but today when I try to load in it gives me the XBL essential - ultimate options.

I unplugged my wired internet connection and rebooted everything and the issue persists. Anyone had this issue?
