Match Preview
Fort Wayne FC hosts Detroit City FC tonight at Ruoff Mortgage Stadium in their final USL Cup group stage battle. This is the end of the road for Fort Wayne FC who will be knocked out of their inaugural appearance in the USL tournament.
While our performance hasn't been magical, it is fair to say that we've faced very stiff competition in a difficult group. The tournament waits for no man, and FWFC had some early season growing pains that proved beneficial.
The match is nestled nicely between the FIFA games, so I hope everyone watches the game live or keeps me company here!
The Opposition Report has a nice summary here: link I'm excited to see some newer players on the field to see if they can crack the rotation.
Enjoy the match!
