My account got permanently banned after contacting costumer support for an inquiry

made my account on 2024 and got some skills and didn't try to Join any project
Recently I heard of Ather project and tried to do the assessment but I found out that I was removed from the project
I just sent an email to ask if I can re join the project and the response was: after reviewing my account I got permanently banned for violating the guidelines
After that I tried to email the support to ask why did I get permanently banned or to tell them that I didn't even use the account but they are refusing to tell me the reason or what I did wrong or re evaluate the situation
Is there anything I can do to get my account back?
