Help with executive presence

I was recently denied a promotion and the feedback was pretty vague but it was mostly centred around the fact that I lack executive presence and gravitas.

I pushed for more details and specific examples but none were given, it was more of a “thats the vibe” sort of feedback.

Can anyone help me out here? I know that without spending time with me you won’t be able to guide me on specific stuff but is there anything you see in others regularly that also lack this, or maybe things you changed that helped you?
