I have taken the IELTS three times, with about six weeks between each attempt, but my scores have barely changed. I honestly feel extremely discouraged.  
I have spent a huge amount of time preparing for Speaking and Writing. I even took lessons with a former IELTS examiner, who told me that my speaking was around Band 7.5. My other teacher also said that my speaking level had already reached Band 7. However, my actual score still did not reflect that.  
Writing is an even bigger problem for me. I practise regularly and understand how to structure my ideas, but once I enter the exam room, I always run out of time. I often cannot finish both tasks properly, especially Task 2. Under pressure, my logic becomes less clear, and I do not have enough time to check or improve what I have written.  
After preparing and taking the test three times, I genuinely do not know how I should study anymore. Should I stop focusing on improving my English level and concentrate mainly on timed practice and exam technique? Has anyone experienced the same situation and eventually improved their score?  
Taking the exam three times without seeing meaningful progress has been really upsetting. I would appreciate any honest advice, especially from people who struggled with time management in Writing or received a lower Speaking score than expected.
