Is this a bug infestation ?

So confused! This heap of dust looking insects keeps on re spawning every day.
I keep on hoovering it up.
I fused to leave the hoover there so I assumed it was falling out of the hoover.
I moved the hoover, and still they are coming back daily.

Please help. Scared it’s an infestation 😂
