Question for AME's: Would a pancolitis diag from 4 years ago cause me any issues?

Question

Long story short, my friend doesn't know proper food safety and managed to infect me with campylobacter, which led to a pancolitis diagnosis following several very unpleasant days of my entire GI tract being a mess.

I was put on antibiotics, it cleared up, no issues since it occurred in 2022. I don't have a recent PCP visit and the doctor that treated me for it has retired. I have a perfectly clean bill of health otherwise, no medications, no chronic conditions.

Should I be expecting any issues or do I need to do anything special to make sure I'm on track to be cleared?
