Elevated creatinine levels

I have been on a very low dose of tirzepeptide since Jan of this year primarily to help with knee arthritis pain. I also started taking creatinine powder around the same time. Got around to having my labs done and my creatinine is elevated as well as efgr abnormal. I feel like my doctor is going to yell at me. Have an endo appointment this coming week. I am going to stop the creatine powder and be better about my water intake. Anyone had a similar experience? How did it turn out? In good news, my thyroid levels are good as well as A1C and my LDL dropped 15 points.
