Pot belly ideas

My dog is a dachshund mix, so she has a longer spine and short legs. Her pot belly is so big and seems to hinder her ability to move and looks like it’s pulling on her spine. Has anybody ever tried wrapping the belly? Or putting some sort of brace on it? To relieve the pull on the spine? Any ideas?
