Scared of gastroparesis

I did another post on here about fear of vision issues and got a lot of good information. So I’m hoping this time it’s just my anxiety as well. I don’t know if I have gastroparesis. I had an upper endoscopy to look at other issues and the doctor asked if I fasted I said yes he said well I’m going to order a study. I did the four hour radioactive egg study at Mayo clinic and I was negative for gastroparesis. On the gastroparesis sub, they all think I still have it as this test can be wrong. However, this was four years ago, I don’t get full easily so idk if I have it. My PCP has no concerns with me taking pound but if I “do” have gastroparesis would taking zep cause full paralysis? I am starting with a 2.5mg dose and hopefully could stop if I notice issues.
