If you had one weekend to show someone as much of the MCU as possible, what would you show them?

If you had a friend come over for the weekend who wanted to do nothing but learn about the MCU, what movies would you say are essential? The only rule is no all-nighters, you'll go to bed around midnight and want 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night. They will be there until about 10:00 p.m. on Sunday before they head home.
