Horrible experience from DEN

came home from a trip last night and decided to use Lyft instead of taking the A-line train.

My driver showed up, helped me with my bags and then proceeded to wear headphones the entire time of the trip. He also was doing 80+ miles an hour on the airport Boulevard and on the interstate when he could.

Needless to say, I gave a zero tip, took pictures of him, wearing headphones while driving and called Lyft support afterwards to get him blocked from my account and flagged as a safety concern.
