Need a Diagnosis

See I have a bizarre life like from age 3 Iwas a person who do self talking while walking with fantasies in my mind,till now at age 20 I do same and it is become out of control. Also i have maladptive daydreaming and symptoms of adhd like low attention span and sometimes I become furious when I think about past thing. Also between studying or riding a bike or even cooking or anything else I go in another world in my mind after few seconds .from five years I am in digonises with various psychiatrist they gave me various medicine like attentrol, inspiral 30mg, attera sidozen at same time. But things went worst 😞 do is there any good diagnosis in hyderabad or online I tried from book reading to yoga for few days I try and then I leave it half a way.
