Wired ebikes

This company any good ? Do they stand behind their bikes ? Asked in r/ebikes and just got complaining about how they are motorcycles, wtf just want to know if it's a decent company. Watched alot of reviews on YouTube but never know how much to trust the reviewers when they get the bike for free to review.
