Need help to change my behaviour

Lately because of the rising hate towards desis, I have started to become a masochist. I keep scanning for racist comments (as you know it is easy to find racist comments towards desis), slowly becoming addicted to it. I really need help on how to cope with this, and since I am currently going to an American uni from Singapore, it is really bothering me and im really contemplating my decision to go there.
