Where should my character be from?

Hello! I'm going to start playing Morrowind soon for the first time. (No story spoilers, please! I have played Oblivion and Skyrim.) I'm playing with OpenMW and using the I Heart Vanilla: Director's Cut mod pack. Edit: The mod pack includes Tamriel Rebuilt, Project Cyrodiil, and Skyrim: Home of the Nords.

I'm thinking I want to play an orc who hits stuff with a big weapon. I like to play immersively with some light roleplaying, and I need to pick a hometown for my character. The hometown must be one that I can visit in game with my setup and it must have a cemetery/other place where my character can visit dead family. It would also be nice if my character growing up in that town/city makes sense in the world/society of Tamriel.

What town/city would you recommend and why?

Thanks!
