How to turn on Oneplus Nord CE 5G phone without Power or Volume Buttons?

Apparently, the person who owns this phone gave it to someone else and they managed to turn it on, but they dont remember how to do it anymore.

It fully retains battery, when pluggged in it shows a charging symbol and the a battery charging animation with the percentage of the battery. It's not really showing up on adb either, so I'm kinda dumbfounded.
