So I've been stressed about finals for weeks and finally tried something that actually helped, figured I'd share since I know a lot of people here are in the same boat.

For the longest time my studying was scattered everywhere. I'd watch random YouTube videos for explanations, use Anki for flashcards, and then try to keep track of everything in Notion. It worked kind of, but I was always jumping between five different things and half the time I couldn't tell if I was actually behind or not.

I found this app called DistillLearn a few weeks ago and it basically replaced all of that. You paste in your syllabus and it builds you a day by day study plan based on your exam date. It breaks everything into topics and tells you exactly what to study each day.

The flashcard part uses spaced repetition so it only quizzes you on stuff you're starting to forget, instead of making you review everything every day like Anki does. And when I get stuck on a topic instead of going down a YouTube rabbit hole I can just click into it in the app and get a clear explanation plus practice questions right there.

Honestly the biggest thing for me is just having one dashboard that shows my daily target, upcoming reviews, and progress on every topic. No more tabs everywhere trying to piece it together.

Not sponsored or anything, just wanted to put this out there because finals season is rough and this genuinely cut down how much time I spend studying while still remembering the material. Happy to answer questions if anyone tries it.

Found an app that actually fixed my studying before finals, sharing in case it helps someone else
