CA required ( idea only based startup)

Hi guys, so i am a technical person and i have observed few gaps in the market of CA software. But I want to validate the idea or even build an idea through a discussion. For that i see there are two ways. One is to interview many CAs which i am inclined to do. But I feel there is a need for a persom who is expert or experienced pain on the product side. I didnt build a single dashboard. So can any of CAs who are interested to build a startup , can you comment here . I cannot provide any money but all.expenses wrt coding i will take care and we can work on this on our free time and once validation is done and we land few proof of concept, we can go full time. I can give equity, we can work around 10 to 15 hours per week initially wherr most of it involves discussions
