Need advice for being "addicted" to porn...

Title I am addicted to paid intimacy. I use porn as the medium. I buy lots of custom and personalized content. I have spend over about 5k online spanning the last 5 years. And spent so many wasted hours on it. I have a collection as well.

I am not addicted to the porn itself in the traditional sense I don't even watch it much anymore. I have a lower libido now ever since losing my virginity. At 22. I am now 24. On avg I watch it for 5-10 minutes 1-2 times per week as a single man.

I am addicted to the attention and feelings of being intimate with a women. From custom nudity to facetime calls etc I am addicted to it.

Any advice?
