international board students & AIU equivalency certificate

HELP NEEDED
Any international board students (like ib/as and a-level) who have applied for that? In the orientation mail it said the AIU equivalency certificate is required for international boards. Has anyone done this yet ? could yall tell me the process?
I havent applied for it yet and it says that receiving the certificate takes a good amount of time, and i dont think ill be able to get it before orientation.
