TIL about windshield wiper rubbers and I wanted to share it with you guys
So apparently, most if not all of the rubbers you see being sold, out on the street by those walking pathan vendors or even on autoparts shops, are really not suited for our windshields/windscreens because they're made of cheaper material locally which tends to leave a black mark if you rub the thinner edge of the rubber across your skin.
Which is why most of these last like 5 months and if you continue to use them it starts causing damage to the windscreen in terms of scratches. The real wipers are supposed to be made of silicone and last much longer but supposedly are in the 8k range.
Anyone else already knew about this? Is there something I missed? Feel free to share your thoughts and knowledge
