Below average benchmark when running a good overclock

Benchmark Score

Hey people, I've recently just repasted my strix oc 4090 after it was suffering from memory junction temps of 104 under a minimal load like an FPS locked menu screen, and got the temps in a really good place; Under a max load, the tempurature of the core doesn't go about 75c and the memory junction tempurature is around the same, and the fan speed has halved which is a blessing as well. Using thermal grizzly pro putty for the vram and the phasechange sheet for the die.

When running a 3dmark port royal run though, the score is coming back a lot lower than average even though the GPU can sustain an easy 3000mhz overclock without breaking a sweat. Even removing the overclock and running stock settings causes the score to drop even further, also despite having much greater cooling capacity.

I've provided all the screenshots of data that I have and still for some reason cannot come up with a reason that the score is below average, any help diagnosing this issue would be massively appreciated, even just a place to start would be amazing
