Which character did you love instantly and why?

Which character did you love instantly? I mean first chapter or first episode you meet them and they became a favorite and why?

They don’t have to be your number 1. And if it’s Luffy, was there another character you loved instantly?

For me it’s Shanks. The second I watched episode 4 he was my favorite (he fell a bit after meeting more characters but he’s always been in my top 5 and currently sitting at number 3).

I just loved how carefree and goofy he was, but in a different way than Luffy. (His dub voice also played a part because it’s so soothing to hear lol).
