Neighbours cats are driving me nuts.

I'm an animal person. I have 2 cats and a dog, all rescues, all my sweet babies. My neighbor has 26 billion cats. She breeds them and runs an animal "rescue' which has come under fire for neglect, leading to the RSPCA taking some of the animals away. Before the rescue stuff came out we asked her to pop over and feed our cats while we were away for 2 nights and we'd make a donation to the rescue as thanks. She didn't feed them. We have a ring doorbell that didn't go off and an internal camera that showed them yowling for food so we had to cut our holiday short, because fucked if I'll let my animals suffer.

Her army of cats all look very underweight. We're talking about multiple calls placed about welfare, we asked permission and she let us feed them so we put bowls of cat food out in a specific shaded area. We put water there too because she locks them out all day every day no matter how hot it is.

Her cats keep shitting ALL over our garden. Mildly annoying but I guess that's the price we pay. But they also destroy the recycling bags for the entire street. We wash our things before recycling, but it makes no difference. The second you pop a bag out, it's shredded and the contents are all over our street. Now multiply that by about 30 houses.... We have no recycling bins in our area, or rubbish bins, it's all bags. And as a result, our street constantly looks like a literal rubbish tip. It stinks, it looks awful, and most of our neighbors don't pick it up and neither does the cat lady. It's got to a point where I can see why people leave it, because they're so fed up. I heard her having a screaming match over it the other night. It's happening because she isn't feeding them enough the poor little babies, but God it's driving me insane...
