Remote flexible jobs

Hello! I am wondering if by chance, there is a remote job that allows you to basically work as little or as much as you want without consequences? Let's say one day I only wanted to work 3 hours, and another day I choose to do 5. And I could have the flexibility to join or not join as needed. It sounds too good to be true, but does such job exist?
