Pathology receptor site results from bone biopsy question

I had an open biopsy of femur that came back er+, pr-, her2 low. Onc mentioned that bone biopsy process can affect reliability of receptor results due to demineralizing the bone specimen. Has anyone had them do a retest
Of the specimen to confirm receptors? I am particularly interested in the her2 low. I didn’t have that 2 years ago with my stage3 dx.
I guess it only matters is they treat her2 low differently than her2 positive.
Onc appt in a couple days but trying to understand all I can before. Thanks
