how the heck do i write an opening speech for lok sabha?

GUYSSSS i don’t get it how i am supposed to write the opening speech, like for international committees, we aren’t supposed to use personal pronouns and have to refer to ourselves and others as delegates of their respective countries. SO IS IT THE SAME IN LOK SABHA?? i have only ever done one mun that too UNCSW and this is gonna be the first time i do an indian committee and my second MUN ever. i know what content to write, but i genuinely don’t know how i am supposed to refer to my portfolio. like if i have rahul gandhi do i say “i, the representative of rahul gandhi blah blah” and continue my opening speech, or am i just supposed to pretend as if im rahul gandhi💔???
