TOPWATER spinning rods

Best spinning rod (under say $150) for these topwater applications. As these lures fish different.

1. whopper ploppers (not the giants, but the ones close to normal spooks size)

2. spooks/ sammys

I like to throw them as far as I can so 7’0 + is great.

Alot of folks say moderate action is better than fast for topwater. I tend to agree, it walks the dog tighter. Any thoughts on this ?
