Ceramic Flat Bottom Brewer

Looking to grab a flat bottom brewer and am consciously trying to avoid plastic. Been tossing up between the April brewer or the Timemore B75 brewer. Perusing this sub I’ve seen a lot of talk about the April brewer stalling, especially when using Kalita filters. The April filters aren’t impossible to get regularly but less convenient for sure. I was holding out hoping Orea was going to reissue the V4 in steel but seems they’ve just killed it instead.

What’s your experience with either the April or B75 and what filters do you typically use? Do you have any additional experience with using a booster in either as well?
