This image from a recent Gloob trailer has been brightened and contrast-enhanced. It show Ladybug in an underground tunnel, probably the catacombs. It seems she is finally on the trail of the location of Chrysalis.

How did she get this clue? My theory is the akumatization of Marinette into Nemesis is a trap by the heroes. Marinette works herself into excessive grief over the "loss of Alya's friendship," luring an akuma attack. She is not wearing her regular earrings, but a fake pair with a tracker. She would obey the command of Chrysalis to bring the earrings to her lair first thing, then go out on a rampage (to draw out Chat Noir). At that point, Renabug (Alya using Trixx and Tikki unified, disguised as Ladybug) would fight and stop her. Lila would realize it was all a ruse, and be thrown off the track. Her lair location would be exposed.

This plan is very risky. Marinette would have to have extreme confidence in her willpower and acting ability under akuma control. It would be less risky if a Sentinette was used as the akuma victim. The direct targeting of Marinette and her family in Secret Protocol by Kung Food (possibly Lila impersonating Wang Cheng) would drive Marinette to desperate measures which might involve crossing moral lines like creating a sentimonster copy of herself. (Felix would have to be tricked somehow to give her the Peacock temporarily).
