Uni-assist repeatedly rejecting my application as *faulty even though i have uploaded the right files

i uploaded my files as the shown table but uni-assist rejects my application as faulty. First i uploaded my uni transcript + bachelor's degree in one pdf and uploaded under the "University certificate" to which they responded "faulty" claiming "Your complete transcript of records issued by your university in the original language, including all courses and results" were not submitted and then i again re-uploaded them separately as shown in the table under "other" category and they again rejected my application again claiming "Official bachelor's transcript of records that was signed and stamped by the Registrar".
