My [19F] boyfriend [19M] accidentally peed during oral sex but says peeing and coming feel exactly the same to him. How do we handle this?

Yesterday, after a pretty long time without doing it, I decided to give him oral sex. Everything was going fine at first and he was enjoying it, but then he told me he was about to come.

But as soon as fluid started coming out, I noticed it felt super liquidy and tasted way too salty. I pulled away immediately, and a stream of pee came out of his penis. I literally sat on the floor for a few seconds in total shock just trying to process what happened, and then I ran to the bathroom to rinse my mouth.

This isn't even the first time something weird like this has happened. A while ago, we were having sex and he suddenly said he was about to come, but instead he pulled out super fast to run to the bathroom to pee. He actually hurt me a little bit because of how fast he moved. Luckily we were using a condom that time or he probably would have peed inside of me.

He apologized to me a ton of times and explained that he had no idea that was going to happen. He said that for him, coming and peeing feel exactly the same. He told me he would never do something like that to me on purpose, and honestly, as soon as he realized what was happening, he tried to pull away from me, but it was already too late and my mouth was full of pee. Once I got home, I looked it up online and found out that it is actually really hard to pee while you're erect unless you're really forcing it. I also read that he might have some underlying issues and should probably go see a doctor.
