Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice regarding a creaking and squeaking noise coming from my E92's front end.

I‘ve attached a video in the comment section

I’ve had a minor creaking noise for a while that would only occur at full steering lock (in both directions). However, after some recent driving, the situation has worsened: Now, it creaks and squeaks whenever I steer to the left, not just at full lock anymore. When steering right, i hear no noise at all (everything‘s fine).

Symptoms:
The noise originates clearly from the front right wheel area.
It’s a "stick-slip" style creaking/squeaking sound.
Steering feels mechanically fine, but the noise is definitely getting louder/more frequent.

I’ve ruled out internal steering column issues, and there are no electronic error codes. Given that it started as a "full lock" issue and progressed to a "constant when turning left" issue, I suspect a component in the front left suspension has finally reached its limit.

Has anyone experienced this specific progression of symptoms on an E9x?
Any advice on where to look first to pinpoint the failing part would be greatly appreciated!
