do you think the stories Brooke tells about C are true?

in Brooke's segments she seems to always always talk about a story where it comes across like C is extremely mature for her age, for example in the recent nn vlog Brooke was asking the 'legends' if it was okay for her to swear in front of D and C, then she went on to tell a story of how she swore in front of C, and then C was saying how Brooke could say other things to express her feelings like I feel frustrated, and also said if that is the person Brooke wants to be. Like do you really think that a 6 year old would actually be talking like that?
