[Hiring] 1) Graphics & Animation Lead, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), full-time, in-office

I run Reeba - metabolic wellness brand, Zeroh Sugar and CarbShield, sold on Amazon/Flipkart/Blinkit and now in Apollo Pharmacy. Real clinical trial behind the product, real revenue, real distribution. What we don't have yet is a dedicated creative person, and it's the weakest part of the brand right now.

Looking for someone to own all visual output: product photography, packaging mockups, social posts and reels, motion graphics, and print/POS stuff like posters, standees, and counter-top units for pharmacy shelves. Basically, if it's a picture, a poster, or a video, it should run through you.

Good fit if you:

Have a portfolio with range (not just static posts, some motion/video work too)

Know Photoshop/Illustrator/ai tools plus at least one animation or editing tool

Can work inside brand guidelines instead of just doing your own thing every time

Are in or can move to Sambhajinagar, full-time, in-person

0–2 yrs experience is fine, I care more about the portfolio than the resume. You'd be the first dedicated creative hire here, so you're setting the bar, not just filling a slot.

2) Founder's Office | Reeba (Rebalance Life Sciences) | Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

I run a metabolic health company (Reeba ) and have a real published clinical trial behind our sugar substitute. Growing fast, small team, and I'm currently the bottleneck on everything that isn't product or sales.

I need one person in the Founder's Office who can take "handle this" and actually handle it, vendor follow-ups, research, ops, whatever's urgent that day. Not a fixed job description. Not a PA who takes notes in meetings. Someone who can run with ambiguous instructions and come back with a finished thing, not questions.

Good fit if you:
Have 0–2 yrs experience (or none, if you can prove you get things done)

Write and think clearly, chase things down without being told twice

Want to be close to real founder-level decisions, not buried in a large org

Are in or can move to Sambhajinagar, full-time, in-person (this is not remote)

Not a fit if you need a scoped role with a fixed 9-to-6 checklist. This will change week to week.
