Assess my cocktail suppliers

Hello future brides! I am anxious about the sufficiency of our cocktail suppliers. Right now we have 100 pax grazing table, 100 pax dimsum cart, 100 pax coffee cart and 100 pax mobile bar. Do you think this is enough? We also have appetizers from our caterer that may be served during cocktail hour. Please share your honest thoughts. Our guest would likely reach 100-120 pax.
