As the title says, you have the power to freeze and unfreeze time whenever you want. While time is frozen, you don’t age, and everyone and everything else is completely motionless—not even the wind can move.

There are only two rules:

You can freeze time whenever you choose.

Once you’ve frozen time, you must wait 24 hours before you’re allowed to unfreeze it. During those 24 hours, you have to commit at least one petty act.
