a "Gaming PC" that's really only for Pokemon and N64 rom hacks.

I don't play a lot of games that need a lot of processing power like Fortnite, Valorant, or CoD. The games I usually play are nintendo games, I just need a PC that can run rom hacks and fangames for those types of games, I can run pokemon games on my phone just fine, But I would also like to play rom hacks for N64 games like the Mario 64 fan games and Smash Remix. The only computer that I have experience with would be Acer Chrombooks, which are not really that useful for playing games on. I don't need something super high-end, just something that can the games I mentioned at a reasonable frame rate. Preferably something under $1000.
