Eufy E20 vs. S1 for a secondary pump

Expecting my second and trying to decide which Eufy wearable to order as a secondary pump to my Spectra S1. I’m between the E20 and S1. The E20 is completely covered by insurance and the S1 would be about $25. Is it worth it just for the extra flange inserts?
