My paranormal experiences.

When i was a child this bothers me alot idk ok if im mentally stable or not but im sure im mentally stable since when i was a child i keep seeing things like. Smoke or some shadow going past through my house i keep seeing this. And this is making me unckmfortqble who doesnt?. My first ever and closest encounter on this paranormal things.. or spirit they do called is when i go upstairs to my room i opened the door and i looked down with my flashlight and i saw this old lady sitting and and she is infront of me she slowly started moving so i ran downstairs and bolted out. Thats was the most terrifying experiences i have encountered. And one of the few things i have encountered is seeing this figures on the corner of my eye. Sometimes literally infront of me..
