Restart Palia, how?

Hi Everyone, I played Palia since the start and left when Elderwood was introduced. Because of the new posts, I want to return, but since it was almost a year (or more), going back overwhelms me, and I would rather restart with a new toon and redo all quests and relationships. Now my question is very simple: I bought Palia through Steam. I'm not sure how I can create a new account. I read the other day that someone made a second account. Could you please advise me on the best course of action to repaly it? Thank you so much for your attention.
