Is full set farmable? 500+ rp.

Hello. I have a 500+ rp. Few months ago I had to sell it's full set to pay for personal bills due to a family emergency. I then quit because of course I had nothing on the char left. I still want to play and I'm wondering if it's realistic that I can farm the full set again with minimal investing. Get a premmy and like 250 tc to get it started?
