The regent by Auro reality- Naala ?

I have been to this project recently. Anyone bought there can help me understand the lake situation because it is not a well maintained lake, all the nalla water in going in that, I see a new project of Auro is also coming there, will there be any possibility that the lake will be cleaned or is it going to make more mess.
