Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone here or a moderator can point me in the right direction. My Mobile Legends account was hacked back in 2024. I’ve been trying to recover it since the beginning of this year, but I am completely stuck in a loop with the in-game automated customer support.

The automated system keeps rejecting my forms, claiming the information is "insufficient." However, I have very solid and specific data from the account's early days, including:

The exact account creation date from 2016.

The model of the very first device used to play.

Old official purchase receipts (including one from 2020 that explicitly lists my User ID and Server ID on the invoice).

Despite providing these older receipts that prove I am the original owner, the automated system instantly denies the request—likely because the hacker has been using the account recently and changed the data.

I’ve already tried contacting official emails, but they just tell me to use the in-game form. I am incredibly exhausted from trying to resolve this since January.

Has anyone successfully managed to get a human analyst to review a case like this? Any advice on how to bypass the automated bot rejection would be greatly appreciated.

(I have attached redacted screenshots of the automated rejection and the 2020 receipt format for reference).
