When will this end 🤯🤯

I’m 5 weeks post all my iron infusions… low ferritin completely disregulated my nervous system and I was like this for almost 2 years before I found out it was iron deficient. Now that my numbers r perfect I’m still experiencing the nervous system issues.. for those that had to deal with nervous system deregulation how long did it take u to recover?? I’m having internally shaking and dizziness still feeling over stimulated and almost feeling like I’m still living in fight or flight just surviving.. I’m not constantly like this but def also around my cycle it’s rough!!!
