How to do a jump pack blacksheild group.

So I want to make a loyalists sons of horus blacksheild group. I kind have the basic of 30k list build down. But I have trouble trying to make the list in my head into realty. So unit I want.

HQ

.jump pack praetor

.overseer

.chaplain

Troops

.destroys

.assault squads

.tactical squads

Tanks/dreads

.predator battle tank

. Deredeo dreadnought/contemptor depends on which I like more.

other dudes

. Jump pack praetor bodyguard.

So any idea on how to turn this idea into a real list. Plus any thing I should add. Before gameplay or fluff reason.
