First time posting here, so bear with me. I'm 25, based in Berlin, and I've never actually dated before. Life just worked out that way late bloomer, bit of a hermit. This is new territory, so I'm just going to be honest and see what happens.

Personality:

Sarcastic and dark sense of humor (the dry kind where people aren't always sure if I'm joking). I dont take myself seriously.

Introverted and socially awkward in larger groups, but one on one conversations are much easier for me and I open up quickly.

I grew up in a religious household but I'm not religious myself, its ok if you are.

My looks:

I'm 180cm tall with a toned, athletic frame, quite pale, and dark hair. My everyday look is relaxed and casual, I keep it tidy and effortless because for me, less is more.

Addictions:

Energy drinks. Rockstar, that cheap stuff from Lidl, doesn't matter. Probably not healthy, but oh well. If you don't drink them, no worries. Just don't judge me when I crack open a can at 9 PM.

Dietary confession:

I have an embarrassingly strong sweet tooth. Chocolate is probably responsible for at least half my calorie intake. I'm basically running on sugar and caffeine. Not looking for a nutritionist, just someone who won't gasp when I skip dinner for cookies.

Interests:

· Languages - Currently improving my French, and recently started to learn Hindi but suck at it, happy to nerd out over grammar, etymology or watch foreign movies with subtitles.

· Bird watching - Quietly obsessed with them. I can probably identify most of the birds in Berlin and will absolutely point them out whenever we go outside.

· Cats - I like cats too, although admittedly not nearly as much as birds

· Astrology - I don't base anything on it, but I find it useful as a general guideline. I'm a Taurus sun and Scorpio rising, if that matters to you.

· Spirituality - Meditation led me to become interested in different spiritual traditions and philosophies, which eventually led me to appreciate Indian culture, particularly Tamil culture and the history of Tamil Nadu. I've also enjoyed reading about Ayurveda and became fascinated by festivals like Diwali.

If that's part of your life, I'd love to hear about your experiences but it's just one of many things we could connect over.

· Esoterica - I'm vaguely interested in esoteric topics, but it's mainly astrology, meditation, symbolism that I actually practice. Tarot, crystals, all that stuff isn't really my thing.

· Horror and crime movies. Thrillers, noir, detective stories. The more unsettling, the better. Bonus points for morally grey protagonists.

· Gaming - If I have a lot of free time available, I do play some games especially shooters and single player games

· Reading - Once in a blue moon. When I do, it's usually a novel or something scientific or philosophic, though right now I'm working through Goethe's Faust

·Music - Usually its rap and synth heavy music. I tend to gravitate toward melancholic, or slightly nostalgic sounds.

-Martial arts - Somewhat interested in Boxing and Judo

What I'm looking for:

A genuine connection with someone who's interested in dating. I'm not great at flirting or reading signals, but I'm willing to try and put in the effort. I really appreciate kindness, curiosity, and people who can laugh at themselves.

I'd prefer if we get to know each other online first, maybe move to occasional calls if we're comfortable, and eventually meet up in person if things click.

I also want to be upfront and say that I don't want to rush anything. Since dating is completely new to me, I'd prefer taking things slowly and getting to know each other naturally.
