Here's a compilation of the oldest members in any nu metal band in history. (sry if it's not organized properly this has been on my drafts for 3 years, any corrections are free to put in the comments)

The oldest nu metal singer to date is Tommy Lee of Methods Of Mayhem (b. October 3, 1962). If we only count singers who came up in nu metal, then Jared Gomes of (hed) p.e. takes the title (b. February 29, 1964).

Oldest female singer: Tairrie B of Tura Satana and My Ruin (b. January 18, 1965)

Oldest guitarist (and overall member of any nu metal band to date): Bard Torstensen of Clawfinger (b. September 13, 1961)

Oldest bassist: Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu (b. November 2, 1969)

Oldest drummer: Shannon Larkin (b. April 24, 1967)

Oldest turntablist/DJ: Doug "DJ Product©1969" Boyce (birth date private but the year is self-explanatory)
